Fully struck and real eye-popping coin! The surfaces are perfect and the mirrors are ultra deep. This issue has die polish striations on the die and in this example they look like some kind of hypnotizing hologram when the coin is turned in the light. It is a totally awesome coin!

Two Leaves under E in STAES. Fully struck and a real beautiful example. There are really no marks or abrasions to warrant the grade. The dies show heavy die polish on both sides, but this is a desirable aspect of the coin.

80% RED. A flawless deep mirror example with beautiful russet toning. The beauty of the coin is difficult to capture in an image. As a one-year type and a low mintage Proof, it is a highly desired coin.
Here is a very rare and unusual Proof Indian. The 1864 No L Proof is very scarce, with an estimated 300 examples struck. This coin is the unique PR-4 die pair plated in the book. It has interesting die pits on the face (mounds on the coin) and a doubled die reverse. The coin is brown with very good mirrors.
